The signature cocktail list is inspired by three legendary authors: Joseph Conrad, Karen Blixen, and Ernest Hemingway, whose journeys across the world and into the depths of the human experience resonate with the art of mixology.
Conrad’s tales of adventure and the unknown, Blixen’s reflections on faraway landscapes and enduring passions, and Hemingway’s explorations of life, love, and courage, all serve as a muse for our six carefully crafted cocktails.
Osmari Corredor is a distinguished and expressive figure in the contemporary Latin American cocktail scene. Born in Venezuela and professionally shaped in Colombia, her journey is marked by passion, dedication, and a deep emotional connection to her craft. Her career reflects a refined balance of technical excellence, creativity, and empathy, qualities that define her approach behind the bar.
Over the years, she honed her artistry at internationally acclaimed venues such as Alquímico Cartagena, ranked World’s 11th Best Bar in 2025, and Mimi Kakushi Dubai, ranked World’s 36th Best Bar in 2025. These experiences solidified her reputation and led her to proudly represent the United Arab Emirates at the Global Cointreau Margarita Challenge in Paris, affirming her presence on the global stage.
Today, at Lion in the Sun, Osmari brings her vision to life through cocktails that tell stories of fire, discovery, and belonging. Guided by her philosophy, “Make your client your friend,” she transforms each drink into an intimate act of connection, inviting every guest to become part of the story she pours.
